~ Announcements ~
March 15, 2018
Spring officially begins on March 20th!
With the start of the season we are going to be starting community inspections. We are sending this email to all residents as a heads up to spruce up your lot!
We are going to be sending letters about the following:
  • Faded Mailboxes
  • Mulch Needed in Flower Beds
While these will be our focus, here are a few things you also may want to look for on your lot: dirty sidewalks, dirty driveways (oil stains), dirty roofs, dirty fences, leaning magnolia trees, and mold or rust on sidewalls.
With inspections, unfortunately come violation letters. We don’t like sending letters, just as much as you don’t like receiving them! That being said we are asking you to please take the time to keep our community beautiful and focus on your home and lot over the next week to avoid receiving any of those pesky violation letters.
Thank you in advance and we are looking forward to see the Spring sprucing of the community!

Friendly reminder that Irrigation is the responsibility of the homeowner. We receive many complaints that the sprinkler heads are damaged by the landscapers, however if your irrigation is not being maintained they will advise Management they were broken due to lack of maintenance. If you are not maintaining the irrigation, and the sprinkler heads are not retracting after they go off, the landscaper will not be responsible. Please ensure you are maintaining your irrigation.
Please remember to inform your guests of the Parking Rules & Regulations!
  • Even/Odd Parking is enforced.
  • If parked in the street, passenger side must be against curb (correct flow of traffic).
  • No parking in the grass.
  • No blocking the sidewalk.
Please see Rules & Regulations as info.
We greatly appreciate your compliance!
