event here at Magnolia Lakes!
There is always a great turnout and it's just
a great way to meet your neighbors.

~ News ~
The Activities Committee will be holding a food drive starting 3/1/17 for the St. Lucie Public Schools.  The program is entitled "Grace Packs", a weekly weekend program that provides supplemental food items for students who are designated as being "food insecure".
This means these children do not know from where their next meal will come. This need is quite significant  The neediest families will be identified by the school.  Some children do not want to go home on Friday's because there is no food at home.
Donations of non-perishable foods will be collected at the clubhouse.  Please see the attached letter for further information.
Ideal donations would include:
  • Canned meats, pastas, chili, beanie weenies, soups.
  • Microwave meals.
  • Peanut butter, jam ( plastic containers).
  • Fruit/apple sauce/pudding cups.
  • Raisins.
  • Instant oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat.
  • Pop tarts and other breakfast items ( cereal cups).
  • Non perishable cheese spread ($1.00 at the dollar store).
  • Packages of snack crackers ( cheese, peanut butter, PB&J, etc.).
  • Small packs of nuts.
Your donations are much appreciated to help support our students in need.  Please double check the foods you donate to be sure they have a non-expired date and are sealed by the company.  Please also make sure any canned items have the pop-top openers rather than needing a can opener.
Please drop off your food items, starting 3/1/17, in the clubhouse lobby.  There will be a basket there for you to put your food items in.  Thank you so much for your anticipated participation!

Traffic Enforcement - NOW IN EFFECT
The PSL Police Department will be patrolling our streets for speeding and other traffic violations.  As you should have noticed, the posted Speed Limit within Magnolia Lakes is now 20 MPH.  Please obey the speed limit and stop signs.
Golf Carts
If you own a golf cart, it will need to be street legal when the new traffic enforcement goes into effect.  If you need more information on upgrading your golf cart, please refer to the Florida State Statute by clicking HERE.
Residents have started a neighbor to neighbor Magnolia Lakes Facebook page and are inviting Magnolia Lakes residents NOT CONNECTED with Magnolia Lakes Residents' Association, Corporation and are not official sources of Resident information.
